The vendor for the Cloak of Weighty Grief is in MooShu's ShoShun village. The vendor's name is Yagi Saki.
need a place to find black pearls? go to the ancient burial grounds in mooshu. frostflowers: vigid roughland in the big cave with the lake (well, i think that's the place)
i am cerently doing this quest. takes a long time i know. but after a while you'll have the stuff to make it.
