I don't actually think there is a recipe for Legendary wizards alone, but there doesn't need to be. Look at the crafted gear from Sudrilund. It gives you a treasure blade, trap, and global spell of your school, as well as universal resist, higher pip chance, respectable damage boost, and amazing critical chance.
Why would there need to be one in the first place?
And people, please spell check your posts. It could really work to your disadvantage, especially if you need help, if people can't understand what you're saying.
