I need to craft 2 Spirit Caller Drums but he doesn't give me the recipe. I looked up where to get it and it says from Koyate Ghostmane but he doesn't have it.

Look in the furniture tab of the items he gives to craft. It should be there, if not I would contact KI.

Check your housing crafting station and double-check you have the recipe.
I had this issue myself and it turned out he just gave me the recipe from the quest.
