Fire Elf

I got the crafting quest of the Crimson Book Stand (2), and one of the items needed is the Fire Elf. I am from the Life school, so I went to the Fire tree to buy the receipt card, but am not allowed the option. I sold back all of my training points and still could not get it. How do I complete this quest if I cannot get the receipt card for a Fire Elf? Please Help!!!!

You have to buy the Fire Elf cards at the Bazaar or have a Fire wizard friend who crafts make you some.

you can get the fire elf card from the library in WC i got 6 of the there .
