I've never seen one.

Best I can suggest is to gain it on another character and share.

Bazaar, I got one from their awhile back. I don't know if they still sell them or not. But, I'd suggest looking. Or if you have a higher level wizard, just try and get it from him. Or just make a new Wizard!

you are talking about is a soulbrand not a dragon rider's staff besides dragon rider staffs are no auction soulbrands aren't
