disappearing rings of insight

I have crafted 2 rings of insight and one has disappeared. Looked in my backpack and banks, not there. I can't find a second reicpe so I can try crafting the second one again. Looked for it with recipe vendors and am getting frustrated! :-(

You already have the recipe. Once you purchase the recipe, it is permanently yours (per wizard) and will no longer show up with the recipe vendor.

Just go to your crafting station and hit "X" and you will see a list of recipes that you have.
