I was curious if anyone sells a crafting recipie for it

I could have sworn somebody said you could craft them. Not sure... Maybe check on central

Nope mastery amulets are not craftable, only attainable via crown shop or drop.

No it is not. Sorry!

You may have remembered this because on Wizard101 Central there was a thread requesting that you be able to craft the new level 90+ Exalted Amulets with the respective Mastery Amulet in the crafting recipe.
