Crimson Book Stand recipe

Okay, so I'm at the last part of the Master Artisan quest and I can't find where to get the Crimson Book Stand recipe for the quest. I can't find one in Balthazar's recipe shop. Anyone know where I can get the recipe for one?

As with the robe recipe it's back to Mooshu for that book case, the vendor is right there in Jade village area though so you don't have to go far for it.
