Where are the crafting vendors that give you the best crafted gear. Also, i would like to know what the best crafted gear is for storm.
It depends on what level you are. The "best" crafted gear is level 55+ and the recipe vendors for that are found throughout Celestia. I recommend doing a google search for "wizard101 central wiki", go there and look through the items to find what you want and where the vendor can be found.
