I have not been able to use my card crafting table. It keeps telling me that I'm unable to use it here. Thanks for your help with this issue.

It means you need a different crafting station for that card. For example, fire cat is crafted on basic crafting station but phoenix is crafted on card crafting table.
Various items require a specific table, when you have the recipe up hold your cursor over the gear/gog looking picture in bottom left corner and it will tell you which crafting table you must use.
