i got this quest in moo shu but when i went to craft it i was told i can't craft it on the basic crafting table what do i do :? please help

You can't craft it on the basic crafting table. You need an equipment crafting table. If you hover your mouse over the circles next to the list of reagents needed it will tell you which crafting station is needed.
