Crafting help in Dragonspire

Hi everyone, the guy who give the crafting quest for 2 Thunderchill clocks does not have the recipe for it. I have been looking for the Tunderchill Clock recipe for a little while now but can not find it. Please help me get it and Thank Yo to who ever does :-D

Go back to Mooshu, find the recipe vendor (in Cave of Solitude I believe) and you'll find the recipe.
