crafting a carved stone tower

Hi All :-)
Can anyone tell me where I can find the recipe for crafting a carved stone tower? I have been in all the worlds, and can't seem to find it.

The carved stone tower recipie is in moo shu, and the ornametal stepping stone recipie, I found in Krok.

I do think you have to craft the carved stone tower
