I've tried getting Crafting Services from Felicia Worthington but when I go talk to her the exclamation point is gray and she says, "If you'd like to learn about crafting, I'm the one you're looking for." I've never talked to her so I don't have the quest in my book. I have the same problem with the Crafting quest in Mooshu, I can't take it and the game acts like I have already taken the quest and I'm not sure what to do.
