card recipe vendors

does anyone know which vendor sells the vengeance recipe in celestia?

i know Avery and the water mole does not have it and i do not either.

other then the bazaar i have found no where to get them as the card is not in the archivist library of cards...

ok any help any one?

Look around the Crustacean Empire, you're looking for a crab from what I remember. ;)

Check your own recipe pages. If the vendors don't have the recipe you're looking for, you already bought it.
