I looked everywhere. Can anyone help? Also it takes forever for me to go through doors now and I wonder if I have too many items, but it takes soooo many to craft one thing. I don't dare sell anything.

I too been unable to find this Bright Surcoat of the Pargon. Any known who sell the card so it can be crafted?

You need the Mooshu Myth vendor, Shan Hao. He's in the middle of the Village of Sorrows.
