Are crafted cards treasure cards?

I am a level 81 wizard and thought about crafting goat monk. Would this be a treasure card or do I actually learn the spell?

The actual learned spell. But you are better off farming Zaneki or the new Loremaster for the spell as a drop.

Yea that's what I'm doing . To craft goat monk you need the rarest reagent and I think farming is also the better way to go.
