I am a level 48 balance wizard and am beginning Austrilund in Wintertusk (without doing side quests). At about what level should I finish Wintertusk and get to Celestia? I know that Wintertusk is not required to progress in the game but I am doing it to make Celestia easier. Thanks, Saffron Sandsword Master

Wintertusk doesn't have anything to do with advancement to any world in the game, but yet the experience will help.
Go back and do main storyline quests in Dragonspyre. Once you have completed The Final Countdown there, you will be granted access to Celestia.
