I recently just defeated Senator Nellek in the Crustacean Empire but it did not give me a next quest or goal. What do I do next?!

fighting him is just a side quest he doesn't give u any more quests because he also gives a story quest and that is what is next. Good luck in cl.

Check your other quests, and go back to the main NPCs and see if they have anything you missed. Also, go to the Celestia base camp; someone might have a quest for you there, too.
