Sun star moon be a base school for new wizard you create if you complete the story quests of celestia on at least 1 wizard

The Sun, Moon, and Star schools are designed to work as supplementary schools to your existing main school of focus, and will not be offered as primary school choices.

Star, and sun school have no attacks the moon school would be helpful though :-)

Actually, Insane Bolt does moon damage and the last boss in the waterworks can do star damage. :D

the only school i can see being a base school is Moon
