I have done the story line and the side quests in celestia and still have not been given permission to go to next world. I don't know what I am doing wrong. please help
Make sure you have done every mainline quest by using quest finder. If that doesn't bring up results, it's probably a level issue as you must be at least level 55 to get to Zafaria. Saffron Sandsword Legendary
