The pillars at the end of the platform, before you descend going toward ossuary.

You have to complete a quest from a Celestian in Stormriven to be able to summon bosses at the pillars.

You must do the side quests for the Pylons from the Celestian in the Ossuary. After you have completed his side quests you can use the pylons to summon the bosses.
