Seal of seven seas recipe.

I got in contact with the dog for the seal of seven seas craft, but he did not give me the recipe. do'es any one know how to get it? I need that badge.

Check your recipes tab. You already have it.

hmm you're supposed to get it from the NPC who gives you the quest.... be sure to click on your spellbook, then click recipes then amulets....

You can not buy this recipe - it is given to you, in your recipes, in your back pack when you accept the quest.

You don't buy the Seal of the Seven Seas recipe, it is automatically given to you when you accept the quest (although the quest dialog suggests you need to buy it).
