Sea Dragon Drops

I honestly don´t want to use my Crowns to get this pet and I was wondering if any of you guys knew a boss that drops this pet! I really want Spritely!!!!!!

Be prepared to farm for days as it will not come easily.

So as not to give any spoilers away, let me just say this... Do the final dungeon in Celestia as many times as you can... The Trial of spheres, just might hold the awnser you are looking for!

There is one sea dragon listed as a drop in Celestia, but it doesn't say "may cast spritely".
