Science Center Zodiac Tome

I have been looking for the Zodiac Tome in the Science Center in Celestia, but have been unable to find it so far. Does anyone know where it is? I have looked all over, but can't seem to find it.

It is in the Crystal Reactor area, with Maglump.

This link shows the locations of all of the Zodiac Tomes. Scroll down to The Science Center. The green arrow with a black circle around it on each map shows where the tomes are.

(Note: the guide says with "Muglulp" but it should say Maglump.)
