Players who have reached level 48 and completed the Dragonspyre quest "The Final Countdown" should speak to Merle Ambrose for more information about Celestia.
If you have not reached that level and completed that quest, you cannot get the key to Celestia.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.

Go talk to halstrom balestrom i believe (it might be merle ambrose) he gives you the REAL QUEST because they are two.One sends you to the warehouse and the other sends you to celestia.
ok, we are level 50+ we were told that we needed to speak with Walter Chapman then also told to speak with Merel Ambrosia and simon but none of the three have a question mark over them and they were the ones that requested us on the right hand side of the screen to go speak with them. when we had time but there is nothing .
