When you say "the Sun and Moon lady", do you mean Mithraya? If so, she is at the end of the "Trial of the Spheres" quest. This link shows all of the quests in Celestia in case you need it:

The "Trial of the Spheres" quest is listed at the top of the page, as the last quest given by Edith Benchley. You can click on the name of that quest (or any other quest listed), and it will give you all of the details for that quest.

And that should be the last "main quest" for Celestia. That quest ends by returning you to "Through This Door". This link gives some more details of the "Trial of the Spheres" quest:

Professor Greyrose tells us that "If you are a level 60 Wizard and have successfully completed the quest "Through This Door" speak to Merle Ambrose in his tower in Wizard City."

(Bottom Line: open your quest log file. Do you have the quest "Through This Door", to talk to Edith Benchley? If so, after you finish that one, go see Merle Ambrose. He will send you to Zafaria.)
