How do i get the "The Backdoor" quest?

So i defeated the guy that they asked me. I finished, and then i talked to
Thurston Pluckett. He gave me my reward, and then no more quest. I NEED HELP! :(

You need to go see Senator Xanthus first and do what he asks. You'll find him in the Crustacean Empire, and he should be on your map.
