Helping frinds in a clestial dungeon

I just finished celestia and i need to level up to go to zafaria and i need one more level and my friend is about to do the trial of the spheres dungeon and the chacel and i was wondering if i help him do those again will i get as much xp as him or less,

Repeating instances always count as less, if you do them 3 times they gain 0 EX.
