I have the quest Hanging Around. I get to the West Landing Tome at the Stellarium and nothing happens. I stand on the portal thingies (sry can't remember what they are called this morning) and no x box pops up. I go to the door and nothing. Is there something that I missed or is the a tech support question?

There is another quest that is part of the main storyline that gives you access. Sorry, no longer remember the name of that quest, but once you get it, the portal will be open and you can complete the Hanging Around quest.
