I just finished WinterTusk and i'm now on celestia. So, I wanted to continue my journey of crafting and wanted to know who gives out the grandmaster badge. Can anyone help? When in Dragon Sprye, I finished getting my Master Artisian badge and he didn't tell me to continue my journey by going to celestia and working on my grandmaster badge. So does anyone know where to get it from?
