fail spells

I just failed a spell that is 100% I went for and I put a spell as Balance, to make thier next spell 25% less power. I failed? i have never seen this before, I thought 100% was a good thing. to fail on move 1? I went 1st and failed? Has anyone ever seen this?

The spell you were casting is called 'weakness' and it has 90% accuracy, not 100%. -corwin sandstalker, legendary sorcerer (and crew)

Are you referring to the weakness spell? If you are weakness has 90% acurracy not 100% maybe thats why you fizzled lol hope it helps.
