I haven't made it to the quest to fight Cuthalla, but I saw him wandering around. I think he looks a bit like Cthulu, The name, too, seems to be an obvious connection. Anyone else think so?
They look vaguely similar. It was probably based on Cthulhu as many things in the game are based on things in media.
Did you catch the quest "Me and My Arrow"? You have to give a Marleybone's dog (I know it seems like slavery) named Arrow a caller. Reference to that old movie about getting a points.
