My Wizard Is Level 55 and is at the beginning of Crustacean Empire. I really want to beat celestia at level 60. Do you think i should do more sidequests? or beat celestia and see what level i come up with first?

Do as many side quests as you can; finishing 'early' is not a good thing with the difficulty in the worlds to follow.
I tried this as well i'm level 57 fire and I'm basicly getting deystroed at every turn by critical blocks from villians and then them always getting critical hits i'm at preator Mako even with my boost iI think I'm to low of a level so do more side quests
