was fighting in Celicia when a player next to me placed tripple blades on himself and one of the blades had a "?" in its place, what is this something new to game or a bug perhaps? Couldnt get any answer from player and nobody else in fight knew...maybe someone here Knows?

I believe that that's someone using the spell Cloak. It's a Sun spell that causes charms to look like question marks for use in PvP. You can learn it at any time from Diego for one training point.
