what boss drops the reliuary treasure card ?

need to know if anyone knows how to get the reliquary treasure card from which boss

Yes I want to know this to, or can we craft the card? Ugh! I want to make my craft! But I need this one card! Please some help please!

There are only two bosses that I know of that drop the Reliquary treasure card and they are:

1) La Jefa Quetzel (Life boss using Fire mastery with Life minion) -Tierra de Brea

2) Mak the Knife (Ice boss with Death minion) - Pitch Black Lake

3) Nezahual Savage Paw (Storm boss using Death mastery with Storm minion) - Twin Giants
