I am at the point where i am supposed to 'Use Cloud Bearer Pedestal,' however I cannot. I run around it - over the top of it - and jump on it, but i cannot climb up it and meet Pascal (?) at the top. What is going on? Has anyone else run into this? Level 86
I hope you are not trying to go to Alto Alto without activating the obelisk that is on the side of the Tower first. When you go up, turn left and you will see this little obelisk. Go to it and press X, then the slide will come down and you will be able to go to Alto Alto.
Actually, the quest arrows were leading me to the transporter and not to the docks - and the transporter did not activate until later in the quest. ta da - mystery solved!
