problem with aquila

hello my username is trevor spellblood. I am reporting that I can not get the quest when I am level 91. And also I didn't get the new sharpen spell. I am having many different issues, I don't know if its a bug or not. please help

You have to get all the sun spells in Celestia and Zafaria and complete the quest "Third Star on the Left" in Azteca to get the quest "Turn up the Sun". Hope this helps
