I dont know why but I can't get my lvl88 spell spiny, when i turned that lvl ( I am lvl89 now :D) i went to muu linda or whatever and she didnt give me the quest even though i have Forest Lord and Gnomes. Am i missing something? plz reply ty.

You are missing the pre-requisite quest "Nordrilund Exposure" - head back to Grizzleheim and Wintertusk to continue your journey.
