Man what is it with this guy? He doesn't cheat. His health isn't abnormally high. But Iv'e had more difficulty with Poca then any other boss so far in Azteca. Am I the only one or am I just "Really" off my A game.

Could be that because he is storm and has bigger hits. IDK.
When you fight him, make sure you pack lots of shields (especially if you are storm). I've done AZ on 3 wizards and hat has saved my bacon more than once.
Otherwise, maybe you are having an off week. We've all been there.
