Players Blocked from Zones Update

We have corrected the characters who were blocked from zones they could previously access in Azteca.

If you are level 75 or higher, and you are blocked from entering a zone that you could previously access, send an email to support@wizard101.com and provide the following information:
  • Subject: blocked
  • Character Name:
  • Character Level:
  • Zone and world where you are blocked:

This may not work for every issue or anyone else, but it is worth mentioning.

I recently found myself blocked from going up the ramp in Alto Alto to the flower door. I went to the teleportal 3 points for Floating Mountains, went the reverse way through the flower door and down the ramp. I was able to get back up the ramp after that. :)

i think we should expand the zones so that many more people can come in
