I did not get the quest turn up the sun so i could learn sharpened blade i'm level 88 and i did not get the quest from Pacal redmask
Did you do the quest "Third Star on the Left"? If not, then you will not get the Sun School Quest, or the Moon School Quest. Look for Pacal Redmask in the Zocalo, if he has a quest for you, I'd recommend doing it. Once you finished, you will get the Star Spells, and the quest for the Sun Spells. When your finished questing for the Sun Spells, you will get the Moon School Quest.
