I've completed "Turn Up the Sun", I've reached level 88 and completed my balance spell quest, activated the sun school trainer. Zaylin Reedwalker still doesn't have the question mark over his head. Nothing from Pacal leading me to him. Any suggestions?
As Prof. Greyrose mentioned, you must complete "Black Hole Moon" first, before Zaylin Reedwalker will talk to you. This link shows details for the quest "Fly Me to the Moon", where you can click on the blue highlighted items for more details on the "prequests and requirements" (like Black Hole Moon).
