Quest on Hill

Hello, does anyone know how to get these quests in Caliburn?

1) Sir Drustan Silverharp - there is a mountain/hill behind him with a portal that is not lite up?

2) Sumner FieldGold Deck Vendor - there is a quest that is not lite up to the right-hand side of him?

3) Sir Jean-Paul Jouster (Morning Star in fence) - there is a quest that is not lite up to the left-hand side of him?

Are these real quests and if so how do I get them? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
