Usually by the time you get a meet up here you have found someone else to complete it with.
Have you tried Team Up? Some times you get matched with someone that can be a help. I often sit in the common areas of worlds with my higher level wizards and help when asked, so you can try asking in Caliburn. Asking in the Wizard City Commons is never very helpful. Best to stay in the world you are in and ask.
Owl tower then Jabberwock are 2 instances that are hard to get past alone.
