Okay, 72 Spell Location????

Hey guys i can NOT find out how to get my level 72 spell!!! I did all of WT and GH and I dont understand PLEASE help me!!! I NEED HELP!!!

I am having same exact problem i also did all of wintertusk and gh. No one seems to know the answer but one person said their is a glitch. Please kingisle answer this ? I am a death wizard finished wintertusk and gh. Please help or is this a glitch with system?

You may want to read the update notes. Friar Nolan in caliburn gives the spell. He's just outside abbey road. Hope I helped!
