i cant get the quest no pain no agravaine from friar nolan and i am lvl seventy two. its really annoying plz help someone

i am lvl 80 and finished avalon yet i cant get my lvl 72 spell i got is healing current please help

Did you get your other spells from Grizzleheim? Because you can't get the new spells otherwise :(
