When I was fighting stag chargers in Lake Shore to get the eyes for the Alphyan statue, after I finished the battle it said i defeat Morag Bloodtine and collected Angela's Mace for the side quest in The Wild. I never defeated Morag so I just wanted to point out that I wasn't fighting him either so the stag chargers I think are bugged.
