I reached level 73 and was told to talk to someone in Caliburn for more magic, but can't find who I am supposed to talk to , and no one shows up on my map.
I believe your look for Friar Nolan, look for him near the entrance to abbey road to find your new spell. If he does not have a question mark over his head you have probably done his quest already.
