Where do I go to get Ice breather it is level 78 Ice spell?

The only thing that you can get at lvl 78 is your pet.

There is no spell for 78 but there is a woolly mammoth pet you get if ya have gotten the Ice snake pet. idk what that one pet is called.

The next spell earned is at level 80, it is your ice spear or whatever spear your class is supposed to learn and that is in aztecia. As for 78 everyone is right it is your pet you earn, go see your class teacher. It is a fairly easy mission. The last spell you earn is at level 88 I believe.
